The County of Vermilion River Rural Crime Watch Association AGM
February 18 2025
The amalgamation of Kitscoty & District Rural Crime Watch and Vermilion & Area Rural Crime Watch Associations as of January 2021.
Our expanded association now covers the County through the active participation of many citizens who are concerned about crime prevention. This involves being alert to potential crime, working together, keeping an eye out for one another’s well being, as well as supporting our RCMP detachments. We are focused on reducing crime in our rural areas and communities.
Our Voyent Fan-Out System is a unique means of communication for current events, information, and crime updates. The phone and text fan-outs provide details about incidents that could affect you, such as a theft occurring in your area, a break and enter, door to door fraud, telemarketing scams as well as information designed to keep you and your loved ones safe and secure.
Be involved, participate, attend meetings where guest speakers are in attendance with information and ideas to keep you informed and updated, as well as members of the Vermilion and Kitscoty RCMP detachments. Your membership is vital to the success of the Association.
To have your questions and concerns addressed and to join please attend our Annual General Meeting:
