Administration Building Renovations

The Council of the County of Vermilion River has approved an Administration Building Renovation Project.  The renovation is expected to begin in early Fall 2024. The Main Office Building at 4912 – 50th Street, Kitscoty, will not be accessible to the public during the renovation.  To ensure minimal disruption to services, the administration office will be moving temporarily to the County of Vermilion River Public Works Yard at 505040 HWY 897 at the end of August 2024 until the completion of the renovation in the Fall of 2025.

How long will the renovation take?

The renovation is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 and be completed by fall 2025.

How do I find the temporary location of the administration building?

The main office will be temporarily located at the Public Works Shop located on HWY 897 approximately 2 KM north of Kitscoty.

The main office will be located in office trailers.  All visitors will be required to check in at the main reception trailer.  The staff at the reception trailer will direct you to the department trailer to assist you with your needs.

    • Taxes
    • Miscellaneous

There will be no after hours drop box available during the renovation.
