CVR Funding Announcement

The County of Vermilion River is pleased to announce a major investment in our communities water infrastructure. The Alberta Central East (ACE) Regional Transfer Station Reservoir project has been awarded a grant of up to $8.8 million through the Transportation and Economic Corridors' Water for Life program.  This significant grant will directly support the expansion of the ACE Regional Transfer Station Reservoir, increasing water storage capacity for the ACE system. 

We would like to acknowledge the Alberta Government and the Transportation and Economic Corridors for their commitment to improving water infrastructure through the Water for Life program. This grant will ensure a reliable and sustainable water supply for our communities and the ACE region.
