Canada Post Strike Service Disruption

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, the County of Vermilion River will not be sending information through regular mail services.

**Residents and customers are still responsible for paying their utility bills and invoices on time**

Payment options:

• Pay via online banking
• Sign-up for Preauthorized payments
• Pay In-Person using debit, cash, or cheque
• Pay by credit card online through the County website (OptionPay fees will apply)

To help reduce disruptions in billing, the following options are available:

• Call our office to receive the amount owing
• Stop by the office for a printed copy of your bill
• Sign up for online billing:
  • Water and Sewer Utility 
  • Natural Gas Utility
