The County of Vermilion River has organized extra bins to be in place in the hamlet for this weekend.  Tentatively, the bins will be dropped off Friday and picked up Monday.

Please remember:

• One bin to be designated for household garbage
• One bin for metal and wood.  Please ensure that nothing over 4 feet in length go into the bins (for longer pieces of vinyl siding and wood, etc. just make sure that they have been cut up into 4 foot lengths).
• Anything with a cord or battery can be taken to the waste transfer site for recycling (electronics, computers, TV, kids toys, etc.)
• Things NOT allowed in the bins:
• Car parts or tires
• Concrete
• Rocks
• Liquid waste (paint cans, etc.)
• Hazardous waste (cleaners and chemicals)
• Items longer than 4 feet
• Mattresses
